How long is the season and when does it start?
Registration is open until the 15th of August. Teams will be decided by the first week of September and the first game is TBD. There are 6 weekends of games all played Jamboree style throughout the Lower Mainland. Please register ASAP so we have an idea of our numbers.
When and where are Practices and Games?
All practices are two days a week Tuesdays and Thursdays at Dennison park in Tsawwassen. All games are played on Saturday.
What is included in the fees?
Fees include annual membership + insurance with Football Canada, BCPFA and BCCFA. Also included are game and practice jerseys and flags. You will need to provide a mouthguard and cleats and shorts with no pockets or stripes.
Are there alternate funding options?
Yes. Alternate funding is available through KidSport. Use link below for more information.
What are the age groups? We have football for almost all age groups. . U19 all the way down to U8.
U8 is new to our league this year so we need to gauge interest before you register. Please email email@example.com to be put on a list. We need to confirm numbers by March to confirm that we will have a team.
What are volunteer expectations?
The South Delta Rams is run exclusively by volunteers. Each family with a child is expected to complete 3 Volunteer hours. Team mangers will work with their teams’ volunteers to help schedule.
A $150 postdated volunteer deposit cheque is required when equipment is given. This will only be cashed if you fail to complete your volunteer hours.
Some example of volunteer needs is:
- Team Manager
- Game Commissioner
- Concession workers
- Merchandise sales
- Fundraiser evening planning and assistance
Interested in coaching?
We are always in need of coaches. No experience necessary. Please let us know at registration if you are interested in helping coach.
Cost is $150 per player for the 12 Week development program. Additional fees may incur for teams that choose league play.

Refund policy details *all refunds will be charged a $25 administration fee
Spring season If a player is injured or quits prior to April 15 – 100% refund, minus cost of 2 jerseys & admin fee.
No refunds after April 15
Tackle season If a player is injured or quits prior to July 31st – 100% refund
If a player is injured or quits before September 10th – 50% refund
If a player is injured or quits after September 10th – no refund
